• Google account authorization when the user explicitly chooses to export data to Google Sheets.

The application processes information strictly for the following purposes:

• Extracting transaction data from bank SMS messages.
• Organizing transactions into structured records.
• Providing summaries and insights about spending.
• Exporting transaction records to Excel files or Google Sheets when requested by the user.

Google User Data Access

When the user chooses the "Export to Google Sheets" feature, SMS Extractor may request permission to access Google Sheets through Google's secure OAuth authentication system.

This permission allows the application to:

• Create a spreadsheet owned by the user.
• Write transaction records into that spreadsheet.
• Update the spreadsheet if the user performs another export.

The application does not access Google Drive files, emails, contacts, or any other Google account data unrelated to this export functionality.

User Ownership and Control of Data

All data processed by SMS Extractor belongs exclusively to the user who is using the application.

The application operates strictly under the permissions granted by the authenticated user. The developer of the application cannot access user data stored in the user's Google account, Google Sheets, or device.

Only the authenticated user has control over the spreadsheets created by the application.

Sharing and Disclosure of Data

SMS Extractor does not sell, transfer, or share user data or Google user data with any third parties.

Data may only be disclosed in the following limited situations:

• If required by applicable law or legal obligations.
• If necessary to protect the security or integrity of the application.

Data Protection and Security

The application follows standard security practices to protect user information:

• Google account authentication is handled through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 system.
• All communication with Google APIs occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• The application does not store Google account passwords or authentication credentials.
• Sensitive operations occur only after explicit user permission.

Data Storage and Retention

SMS Extractor does not store Google user data on external servers controlled by the developer.

Transaction data may be stored locally on the user's device for the purpose of analysis and visualization inside the application.

When exporting to Google Sheets, the data is written only to the spreadsheet owned by the user. The application does not maintain a copy of this data outside the user's device or Google account.

User Data Deletion

Users maintain full control over their data and can delete it at any time by:

• Removing spreadsheets created by the application from their Google account.
• Deleting the application or clearing application data on their device.
• Revoking the application's access through their Google Account permissions page.

Children's Privacy

SMS Extractor is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
